How To Return Cake
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 2 days of your purchase.
1. Please email tcakehouse@gmail.com to request a refund.
2. Bring the cake with receipt or confirmation email to your local Tokubetsu Cake House
3. Please stating the reason for your return.
4. We will exchange the cake based on your require.
Return Exceptions
Cake that has been opened, eaten and worn caused by your careless will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All cake are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
